The Sourouri Law Firm is a sole practice of Soukaina Sourouri, Esq. Ms. Sourouri has dedaciated the majority of her practice to family law / matrimonial law. We represent parents, spouses, and children in all related matters.

Soukaina Sourouri is a strategic yet compassionate attorney with a thorough understanding of the law. Ms. Sourouri predominately focuses on Family Law including, Divorce, Legal Separation, Custody/Visitation, Child Support, Family Offence/ Order of Protection, Immigration, and Real Estate. She is currently a solo practitioner managing her own firm.

During law school, Ms. Sourouri worked for the Law Office of Rosa Pannitto, P.C. while attending CUNY School of Law in the evenings. After Graduation, she proceeded to work for the Law Firm of Glenn A. Yost. She then followed by becoming a Court Attorney for Richmond County Family Court Judge Janet L. McFarland. The experience she gained during her time in both private practice and the Unified Court System allows Ms. Sourouri a multifaceted perspective of the law. Her knowledge will work to protect your legal interest in all matters involving you and your children.

Ms. Sourouri is a passionate attorney, whose goal is to serve her hometown of Staten Island. She currently serves as the President of the Staten Island’s Women’s Bar Association (SIWBA). Ms. Sourouri is a current member of the Richmond County Bar Association (RCBA), the Staten Island Trial Lawyers Association (SITLA) and Columbian Lawyers of Brooklyn. She is also a member of the 18B Panel in Richmond County Family Court as well as the Part 36 Attorney for the Child Panel. Since 2017, she has been a volunteer at the CUNY! Citizenship Now foundation where she assists in legal screenings for legal permanent residents applying for citizenship/naturalization.
